The Hero
My first film where i`m the hero. filmed with the Go pro surf hero cam. And yes, I know that it´s not the best wave or great surfing for that matter… But it makes me feel like getting back out there, to catch some fucking waves. Can´t wait to get back Puerto Rico.

Lakai or Die
I don´t normally post stuff that i did´t make myself, but this one i just had to post about. Ty Evans from girl skateboards, made this short film for the Transworld skateboarding skate and create contest. I don´t know what their secret is, but they have been coming out with mind blasting video´s for the last 10-15 years. They are always pushing the limits with their creative idea´s and with what kind of camera equipment they are using. There is only a handful of skateboard filmmakers that are trying to push these limit´s… Ty Evans being one of them.

Summer recap
Summer is over soon and i have´t had the time to really enjoy it, BBQ, swimming and drinking Pina colada in the shade. it´s been work work and work. But at least it has been some fun projects. here is a little recap of what i have done since july…

First week of july was insane. 3 1/2 day´s to edit, a 25 min program for DR2. i had to sharpen the knife and make some rough cut´s through the conners to make this edit on a extreme sort deadline. This is what came out of following the Den Sorte Skole for 2 month prior to their gig at this year Roskilde festival. Sorry it´s all on danish. but we are working on doing a 50 min directors cut version with subtitles. It was all filmed on canon HD-DSLRs. I wanted to test my 5D mark ll as a documentary camera. thanks to the all mighty software Pluraleyes for syncing audio, which was all recorded separately on the zoom h4…

Next project in cooperation with Plant, was to showcase Saxobank as an elite Microsorft customer… This time i did not have time to do the edit. I did all the filming on my Canon 5 mark ll and the 550 d.

Then fashion week came to town. Adidas called me, cause they heard that i was the only guy in town to pull off, a quick hit and run mission. The assignment was to build 4 skate obstacles and place around town. i had 10 day´s to get the job done. so once again i swapped the camera for a power tool and build some blue skateboard ramps.
The best part of this job was i met old friends and made some new friends. They have a design studio in SF and one of their customers happen to be Adidas…

Then Finally i edit a music video that i filmed in june. It´s for a Danish artist named Nikolaj Grandjean, apparently he is not very big here in DK, but the song got picked up by a Brazilian tv show. So Nikolaj´s first tour will be in Brazil and not Denmark, funny how the world goes around.

Finally i found this timelapse, when i was editing Nikolaj´s music video. It´s from my last trip to Puerto Rico, can´t wait to go back, i simply love this place. World class surfing, good people and supreme weather…

Picking apples
Finally a day off, it´s been one fucking crazy ride the last couple of months, i don´t think i still figure out what the hell went down… but one thing is for sure i met some of my biggest hero´s, worked my ass off, saw the sun rise all most everyday and saw best concerts i have ever seen… And i learned, that sometimes you have to realize that your hands are full and it does´t make any sense to try and pick up more apples.

Will it ever end ???
Yeah i know it looks like we are just chilling, eating and skating. But i can say from the top of the bottom of my heart, that we have been working non stop, every fucking day from early till the last man standing… And you know what the cowboy´s say from the land of milk and honey, without food and alcohol, the hero inside you will not perform according to the laws of the wild west…
Dinner time, we work hard and eat even better.

Work in progress
Sorry for not uploading anything for a very long time, but there is simply not enough hours in my calender to keep up… we have been building non stop the last 2 weeks with one week to go.
A crazy idea that came up when Mischa Gundmann came by and told us his visions.
Our backyard pool almost done, can´t wait to ride this one.
You know it belong in the trash…

The eagle has landed
We are about to rebuild the Copenhagen skate park, so it will be ready to host the 4. annual CPH PRO, the biggest skate comp in Europe. To help us rebuild the skatepark, we called the direct line and got two straight up dudes, flown over from land the land of fries and whoppers.

Melissa Horn EPK
Not long ago Sony music asked me, if i could do a EPK for them, i had to ask what in the hell is a EPK – Electronic press kit they simply replied, i had to ask again, what is it, you exactly want me to do. They wanted a small spot light on their new Swedish sing a song writer Melissa Horn, she was coming to town to do a show case on Jazz house, so of i went, with a new fancy word in my bag…
