Summer recap
Summer is over soon and i have´t had the time to really enjoy it, BBQ, swimming and drinking Pina colada in the shade. it´s been work work and work. But at least it has been some fun projects. here is a little recap of what i have done since july…
————————————————————————————————————————
First week of july was insane. 3 1/2 day´s to edit, a 25 min program for DR2. i had to sharpen the knife and make some rough cut´s through the conners to make this edit on a extreme sort deadline. This is what came out of following the Den Sorte Skole for 2 month prior to their gig at this year Roskilde festival. Sorry it´s all on danish. but we are working on doing a 50 min directors cut version with subtitles. It was all filmed on canon HD-DSLRs. I wanted to test my 5D mark ll as a documentary camera. thanks to the all mighty software Pluraleyes for syncing audio, which was all recorded separately on the zoom h4…

Next project in cooperation with Plant, was to showcase Saxobank as an elite Microsorft customer… This time i did not have time to do the edit. I did all the filming on my Canon 5 mark ll and the 550 d.
————————————————————————————————————————
I did spend a little time in the sun on a directs flight to Lebanon…
————————————————————————————————————————
Then fashion week came to town. Adidas called me, cause they heard that i was the only guy in town to pull off, a quick hit and run mission. The assignment was to build 4 skate obstacles and place around town. i had 10 day´s to get the job done. so once again i swapped the camera for a power tool and build some blue skateboard ramps.
The best part of this job was i met old friends and made some new friends. They have a design studio in SF and one of their customers happen to be Adidas…
————————————————————————————————————————
Then Finally i edit a music video that i filmed in june. It´s for a Danish artist named Nikolaj Grandjean, apparently he is not very big here in DK, but the song got picked up by a Brazilian tv show. So Nikolaj´s first tour will be in Brazil and not Denmark, funny how the world goes around.
————————————————————————————————————————
Finally i found this timelapse, when i was editing Nikolaj´s music video. It´s from my last trip to Puerto Rico, can´t wait to go back, i simply love this place. World class surfing, good people and supreme weather…
————————————————————————————————————————
I also just found this one raw 8 mm file from the first time i went to Puerto Rico. gotta love them girls surfing…

Story Re-teller
We picked her up recently, she was hanging out in a backyard. We needed help to reach the Black Sea shore (repeat that 10 times out loud). But she turned out to have many more useful talents than, just, navigating us to a Romanian sea resort.
So our new best friend in the south, Sorina, is now making this drawing for us. This is just two scans out of the 9 papers it takes in the end. Soon you’ll get the chance to buy it from us in it’s entiry, and to meet her too – she’ll be witnessing the Distorted version of Copenhagen alongside the rest of our crew. Hugs and Thank You For Clapping. We hope you’ll enjoy your STAY!

Late Night
As I am soon to leave London after having lived here for a year, I thought a small movie about the city could be a fine farewell. Everything is filmed late at night and the film doesn’t have a specific narrative. It’s just shots.

London shots
I just found a few shots from London. Above you see my girlfriend Anna wondering whether it is worth it to queue up in the massive line for Natural History Museum. It wasn’t, so we went to V&A instead. That’s a lovely place.
Ye Olde England. I’m gonna miss you when I leave.
This is me. The reason my chins look a bit weird is because my mouth is full of good food. Hummus I think. And olives.
Around this time I had just purchased my new camera, so I was busy trying it. If Anna could speak through this photo, I’m sure she would say something like: “You have been looking at that camera for two hours straight. Now talk to me!”
People are insanely busy in London. This is Victoria Station. Adieu!

The joy of travelling
As everyone else I enjoy a bit of travelling once in a while. One of the things I really dig about going to other countries is the culinary experiences one is able to get. I just returned from Thailand and below are some pictures of some of the oddities I stumbled upon. Read more…
